The Fool Card

The Fool card signifies optimism, fresh beginnings, and being blessed with beginner’s luck. Through our human experience, we know it is so common to default to an autopilot response when dealt with pressure. We so easily try to grasp to circumstances and variables outside of our control for a sense of security which only elicit feelings of fear and anxiety. There has been time in my life in which I felt the need to add more pressure onto myself to ensure a successful outcome. However, the fool card has resonated deeply lately.

Through our growth development, I learned the importance to take it one step at a time and follow the path of least resistance towards our desired outcomes. It is so easy to conflate situations and make ourselves believe that they are more formidable than what they are. Thoughts of insecurity are easily triggered which equates to allowing our egoic mind to take control. Rather, the importance to stay mindful of our thoughts, and affirming to ourselves that things will work out swiftly and with ease is paramount.

If you are anything like me, you have recognized the experiences that have embedded a certain thought pattern consisting of trauma responses. Reflecting upon our experiences can truly feel like exploring a never-ending rabbit hole. However, I am embracing the awfully cliché quote, “it is what it is.” By acknowledging to myself that the past has been difficult and moving forward with a growth mindset, trusting that every day is a fresh start, and I am response able to leverage thoughts of optimism has bene life changing. Then, I think of all the proof from my life which support this reality. Life is filled with problems, and The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson, has taught me to choose our problems wisely. I chose to increase the vibrational frequency of my life and finetune it to the most optimal frequency. I am abundant, and abundance is one with me.
