Seven of Pentacles
Have you ever wanted something so bad to come to fruition, that it leads to feelings of impatience and frustration? The Seven of Pentacles represents the exact concept. I am inspired by Abraham Hicks: if you are not familiar with Hicks, I would recommend for you search them up. Hicks emphasizes how thoughts effect the pace in which our desired outcomes come to fruition. She highlights the importance of being mindful to garner clarity into our inner vortex. This enables a sound inner voice, aligning us with the vibrational frequency of our desires. Once, she shared a story about a person growing a garden, and when asked about its progress, they expressed that it is not arriving since they do not see it. The point of this metaphor is that we must trust the process and allow things, our desires, to unfold and come into fruition with ease.
I am also into self-help books. One of my favorites being The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. If I recall correctly, Tolle expressed how we, like nature, should trust that our current stage (circumstances, abilities, knowledge, etc.) should be left to evolve naturally. Tolle expressed how nature (e.g., flowers, trees, etc.) do not worry if they will grow or not, they simply evolve to their highest pinnacles. Thus, it’s important that we remind ourselves about this fact when experiencing thoughts of discouragement. Tolle also illustrates the concept of our Egoic mind, or the thinking mind which generates endless thoughts, most of which are negative and impact our inner vortex. So, it is important that we affirm to ourselves, with the upmost confidence and trust, that everything is working out for us. I am exactly where I need to be right now. I am divinely guided and protected by Being.
When I am experiencing thoughts of discouragement or resistance, and I allow my thinking mind to take control, I pause and reflect about the thoughts that are running through my head, and ask myself: Do I trust that things are working out in your favorite? Do I trust that the universe is on my side constantly blessing me? Simply, I always answer “yes.”
