Growing up with an intersecting social identity enabled a few challenges throughout my life. Until I reached college, my worldview become expanded because of the sociological pedagogy I received. In Western society, we are indoctrinated through social norms that define what is deemed acceptable and unworthy. Unfortunately, this consists of oppression and marginalization, stripping many people of their divine essence. That’s where I discovered the magic of tarot. Through my spiritual awakening, I discovered the infinite creative potential of Being: a source beyond our physical reality that exists within us all (Tolle, 2020).

Adopting the art of tarot came to me during a personally challenging phase. Along with other forms of help, tarot served as a supplemental resource that I practiced on myself. Since each card hold significance, reading to myself provided messages that brought consciousness to the unconscious parts of my life.
